1. You work in or are drawn to a healing profession
Many people who are healers naturally gravitate towards healing professions. If you are a healer, you may be a doctor, nurse, psychologist, or social worker. Even if your career is not necessarily considered a healing profession, you may find yourself in a specialty that involves taking care of others. For example, if you are a lawyer, you might be drawn to family law, or if you are a teacher, you may work in special education.
No matter what job you do, you may find that coworkers often tell you their troubles, and people come to you for emotional support. If you are a healer, you will often know just the right thing to say to someone at the right time to make them feel better. There may be times in which you do not even know what it was that you said that helped so much.
2. You take in strays

6. People seem to get better when they are around you
One of the clearest signs that you are a healer is if people seem to get better when they are around you. This could mean that they get physically better. You may find that people heal from illnesses or injury faster when you are around. People may tell you that you have a soothing presence and that they feel restful when around you.
You may also find that people around you tend to recover from non-physical difficulties as well. They may recover from addictions, or get themselves on the right track. They may reconcile with others with whom they have had long standing conflicts or ruptures. People who are depressed might get through their depression more quickly and easily. People who are lost may find their way and their path in life.
All of these things might happen whether or not you have done anything specific to help. If you are a healer, your very presence may be what has made the difference.
